I’ve been reading the newest “Eat This, Not That,” which is a supermarket edition. Unfortunately, “Reduced Fat” Ben & Jerry’s is still pretty unhealthy (especially when you eat it directly out of the carton).

We went to Myrtle Beach to help Trey celebrate his birthday. We had a great night of eating oysters at Duffy Street and watching basketball!
